Adam Boyd is a nationally respected leader in resilience and wellness, with more than a decade of experience as a police officer, SWAT operator, and Detective. As the founder and CEO of Soleful Training, he helps first responders, military personnel, and high-performance professionals develop the physical, mental, and emotional strength needed to thrive under pressure.
During his law enforcement career, Adam led department-wide wellness initiatives, redesigned the SWAT applicant PT process, and served as the department’s PT team lead. His work is grounded in advanced training, including certifications from the NSCA Tactical program, Wim Hof Method, FBINAA Resilience Train-the-Trainer, XPT Performance Breathing, AZ POST, and the Leadership Resilience course at Harvard Business School.
An accomplished ultra-runner, Adam has completed over a dozen ultra-distance races, including two 100-milers—testament to his deep understanding of endurance and grit. That same mindset inspired the Soleful Warrior Program, a holistic approach to wellness built around four core pillars: physical resilience, mental resilience, social resilience, and purpose. Unlike traditional wellness programs, Soleful Training focuses on long-term behavioral change to help individuals manage the demands of high-stress careers.
Adam’s signature teaching tool is the Wim Hof Method—a powerful blend of breathwork, cold exposure, and mindset training—which he has taught to SWAT teams, medical professionals, business leaders, and Special Forces operators to improve performance, reduce stress, and build mental clarity.
Beyond wellness, Adam serves on the leadership councils of two global organizations dedicated to protecting children, extending his passion for service and impact far beyond the tactical world. Through Soleful Training, he continues to lead a movement that redefines resilience—helping people build stronger bodies, sharper minds, and purpose-driven lives.
