After The Tones Drop

After the Tones Drop is a mental health podcast for first responders and the people who love them. Hosted by trauma therapist Cinnamon Reiheld, the show focuses on what happens after the call is over, when the adrenaline wears off, the uniform comes off, and the job doesn’t stay at work. Through honest conversations, real stories from the field, blending clinical insight with lived experience, the podcast puts words to experiences many first responders carry quietly, offering understanding without judgment and language that actually makes sense for the work, giving voice to what many feel but don’t always know how to say.
