Firefighter Peak Performance Founder/Executive Fitness Advisor for CRACKYL Magazine
Ryan Provencher is a 30-year fire service veteran currently serving as an Operations Battalion Chief. He’s also the Founder of Firefighter Peak Performance and the Executive Fitness Advisor for CRACKYL Magazine.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science with a Minor in Nutrition from Washington State University. Before beginning his professional fire service career in 1996, he worked as a Health and Fitness Specialist.
Over the years, he has served in nearly every operational role—from Volunteer Firefighter, Firefighter Paramedic, and Company Officer to Training Division Chief and Health & Safety Officer. He has also been a Peer Fitness Trainer and Health Fitness Coordinator in his department for more than 25 years.
Through Firefighter Peak Performance, Ryan combines his lifelong passion for firefighting and fitness to help first responders build strength, resilience, and readiness.
His mission is simple: to reduce preventable injuries, illness, and burnout while optimizing performance on and off the job by treating firefighters as tactical athletes in service of their communities.
