Firefighter
Lt. Tommy Bolin is a 28 year veteran in the fire service in Central Ohio. He has been married for the past 28 years to his wife and his rock, Lynn Bolin, with whom he has three sons, Trey, Josh, Nathan. He also has a therapy dog Finn. a four year old Labradoodle who enjoys spending his days visiting nursing homes working with memory care units, elementary schools, accompanying Tommy to his lectures, and they have joined up with the local PEER support team. His journey is like so many others, walking through the fire to find relief, coming out the other side and wants to share his story of hope, and demanding a cultural change around mental health in the fire service.
